An email may stop working if your password is expired or maybe recently changed and you haven’t updated your phone yet with your new password or an iPad or something. There’s a couple things you can do when your email stops working.
1. Check to see if you still have internet. Did you lose signal?
2. Close Outlook and reopen it.
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Open your email online in your browser and see if that is working.
5. Ask coworkers if their email is working or down as well or if it is just your email.
6. Try another computer that’s available to you.
